Many people offer their services free of charge to the Zoo. So many that some years ago they organized themselves into the Twycross Zoo Association (the TZA).

The TZA is an organisation which is independant of the Zoo, but is made up of members who wish to support the Zoo and its work. They organise and train the Zoo's volunteer helpers.
